Did not know how much I needed this till I got it
Love this! Easy to use. It’s a must have for making chocolates. The only drawback is that when washing, water(enemy of Chocolate) can get into the handle. Had to shake it to get the water out to ensure it was dry enough to use. Learned to be careful washing only the metal part and wiping the handle to ensure that no water was in the handle for the next batch.

Didn't like it
I was following a chocolate makers site and they recommend you get the large scraper. This was the only large one available, tried to use it, it's awkward for the female hand or mine anyway, and it does not scrape the surface of a large tray. I should have returned it, kept thinking I would get used to it, but not to be. I'll end up trying to sell it for half the price, my bad. I find it much easier to pipe in the chocolate and level with a regular size offset knife. Total waste of my money.

Very versatile. Sturdy but flexible.
Works great with sticky dough, like scones. Bends enough to help but still sturdy. Great for cutting dough like bagel dough.

Recommended buy for confectionary use!
Great for chocolate work. Wide enough to cover your basic mold in one sweep. It’s thin and super flexible so making chocolate curls should be fun with this (haven’t tried yet).I don’t know why they call it a thermostat spatula.I just used them to fill and cap my bonbons today and I like it a lot!Warning tho: blade is super sharp (might dull a bit after heavy usage) so be careful using it first few times.
