I’ve tried many supplements over several years and still using a couple for elevated blood glucose level and this one has worked for me. I’ve been taking Jamin Seed Tablets for about 3 weeks now. Color of the tablets changed substantially from dark to light brown lately. Once great, now the effectiveness is questionable. I may have to discontinue buying it.

I've been taking Jamun tablets for a about 40 days now they do seem to help my digestive system. I still have to watch what foods I eat that I still can't eat anything I want but for the foods I do eat it appears to help me. I was taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night but I have reduced the amount to only 2 in the morning.

These used to work really well at lowering my blood sugar. The last time I ordered the tablets were a totally different color (they used to be a very dark brown and now they are a light tan color). Now they raise my blood sugar level instead of lowering it. Its too bad because this used to be such a great product.
