Just to make it clear that this review is for the product and its durability. Nothing to do with the seller or the delivery timing since all that is great.Over the years Spenco has lost the quality of their product. I have been a faithful customer for 10 years and between my husband and I we own at least 30 pairs of flip flops from I still have a pair from 7 years ago and they look to be in great shape, the sole intact just worn off on the top so I use them for gardening and walking around the yard. However as the years go by every pair that I purchase last less. Not sure if this is the strategy to buy more product but is not working for me.I still love the comfort and looks and color choices. But the soles get separated from the flop within 6 months of use. No matter how many times I have glued them, and the variety of glues used, they still come off on the bottom making the flop having no support when you walk. So pretty much they became useless even though the top part looks great and new.SPENCO you need to fix the issue or your costumers will buy elsewhere .

A photo comparison to my last two pair.1) Not the tread pattern of the traditional Spenco shoe. It’s all one color and the tread design on the heal is different.2) the new logos are suspicious compared to my older Spencos; (a) the lettering on the side logo looks cheap with rounded edges and a clear glossy plastic coating - not crisp lettering and matt finish like my others (b) the center logo on the top strap has the same cheap gloss overlay and is not crisp (c) the logo on bottom tread area is smaller (d) the insole does not have the logo in the heal area.3) and finally, Spence size 10 have always been a good fit for me. These 10s are too snug and don’t fit so they are definitely going back.

Normally size 10M fits perfectly. These are loose! I like these loose though.

On my 4th pair. Gotta have them. Comfortable.

I was a rather disappointed by the arch-support these sandals supposedly provides. The arched area of the shoe is there but not nearly as supportive as that of other brands I've had. But I bought these sandals on sale for about half of what I had expected to pay for another pair of my favorite brand, a brand which I find to have fair superior support. So I saved some money but got what I paid for -- half the comfort and effective support I wanted for half the price.

This company makes sandals that look good but in practical use I have discovered a major flaw.The underside of the sandal, the rubber tread, is patterned with fine lines and miniscule pockets; it looks like a fingerprint with numerous whorls. Every time I step on moist earth, loose sand, or worse, gunk penetrates the lines and pockets. The lines are so tight that a mere water spray won't dislodge the dirt. So every time this happened, I had to spend many minutes with a slot-head screwdriver picking out the gunk. If I forgot to do this, I tracked gunk into the house and scratched hardwood flooring with gritty sand.I have since decided to give these up.

Hubby is a strict 9.5 shoe. These don't run in half sizes. Everything I read told us to go to the next size up. He wishes I had gotten a 9. I purchased a size 10 and even with socks on, he says they are roomy.

Amazingly comfy and really supportive. Perfect for summer. Very pleased.

This is my 3rd time buying this sandal.The overall support was so good that you can walked whole day and your feet won't feel tired.The price maybe a bit high as compared to other but it's worth it as I am still wearing my first pair which I brought it more than 5 years ago in one of the shops here.Got this from Amazon as it's much cheaper.Highly recommend this sandal for people with arch pain problem.

Fairly glad I read reviews and followed advice to order one size smaller than I normally wear. With the size down, it's a snug but comfortable fit. So not sure if it would be too loose for me if I went with my regular size. Perhaps sizing is to accommodate wearing socks and not bare feet??? As I don't think I could wear socks with this! Otherwise I'm happy with it, good support and nice quality.

Keep in mind when trying to figure out size that if you wear either no socks(most do), you can drop at least half a size. I usually wear 10.5 to 11. I ordered a 10 and they fit well. They seem comfortable so far. I just hope they don't stretch.
