Good value for the money... recommended!
This single ear headset is a good value for the money. I have it plugged into a Digium SIP phone, and it works great. Sound quality is good and the padded faux-leather ear piece is comfortable, better than the cheaper foam type that some other headsets in the same price bracket use.It also comes with a bag of adapter plugs for compatibility with other phone jacks, but I did not need to use them on my phone.

Amazing Seller!
I ordered this headset but it actually wasn't compatible with my base unit. Upon returning it I was contacted by seller who, when informed of my issue, offered to research a compatible headset for my unit. They did so in one day, sent it immediately, and it works great. So this review is more about the seller's fantastic service!

Replacement
The first one I got didn’t work but the second one did with an adapter that seems flimsy because it didn’t have a sheathing for the wires. The sound is good

Great price for headset!
We just purchased several of these headsets for our recruiting team, and the overall census is very positive. One of the comments received was how nice it was to be able to adjust the volume on the cord like cell phone earphones. It is definitely a great cost, and the company guarantees their products for a year!

Nice headset
It worked well as shipped. Came with adapters for other models. I have to buy headsets for customers with business phone systems. They liked them, and I would sure buy again. This one came with a nice cord that is extra on some headsets. Great value and worked on Norstar without adapter.

Noise Cancelling Cancels You
It's fairly comfortable but the microphones noise cancelling cancels you out. People said they couldn't hear me or I was very muffled. Even after turning the noise cancelling off. Day 2 of wearing them they couldn't hear me at all

It's has great sound.
It's a great headset for work. The sound crisp and clear however it did not work for my work desk phone. I could hear the caller nice and clear but they couldn't hear me. I realize that it wasn't compatible with the office phone.

it works on a bell phone in Canada
excellent unit. bought it for my GF and she uses it all the time at work. We needed it to work in Canada with a Bell system and it does.
