Works Well, Just Use in Moderation! 🙏
Bought this in early March 2024. For me at least, it does improve bowel movements. Taking it everyday is really excessive for me, so I try to take it every 3 days after eating. Definitely take it with water or some juice, it tastes kinda gross lol. And maybe try to take it in the middle of the day since it'll send you to the bathroom in a few hours.

Used for 10 years reduce water retention
