I started on these 4 days ago as i have struggled with my weight for years but over thelast year i have become my heaviest and tried many supplements abd diets before with no success but since starting these taking one in the morning and one at night i am already down 6lbs! I have no food cravings, the food noise has stopped and i do not feel hungry, i eat bcuz i need to not bcuz i am bored or craving it, definitely going to keep going with these and order more, i have already recommended them to family and friends.

Received my 2nd packet but can’t say I’m feeling or seeing a difference physically or otherwise.How long do you have to keep taking the capsules to see or feel a difference around the waist and legs for example?Capsule are easy to take though as promised!I have only been taking them one in morning and one in evening.Will have to do another review in a couple of months or so!

Works!!!!!! It works!!! Do regulate walks if you can’t exercise and you will see the results even quicker. Deffo quenches your whole appetite. Be careful some days you may not want to eat at all!

So far so good. Haven’t felt hungry so actually had to make myself eat for the first time. Deffo helps when exercising I think, I didn’t get as tired as easy. Only down fall is I’ve literally not been off the loo for the past 2 days 😩

Almost finished my supply and find I've gained rather than me losing some weight, wasn't expecting miracles even a 1lb loss is a goal but nope! Nothing! Today is 14 October 2024 & I have been taking these capsules as instructed since September 2023. I have more energy than before & have lost a stone & a half without trying.
