Both my old man cats are resistant to change. They are 14 now, and move like it hurts, so I thought this would help them jump up on the chair. Lately they have not quite made it and come crashing down. Such humiliation for a cat! I have shown them, and explained. nope. If I pick them up to place them on it, they act like I'm putting them in a bath. I am out of ideas. Keeping it around to see if time helps. It didn't need assembly. Seems to have quality fabric. I'm sure it would support a 12 pound cat if they'd try it. Nice subdued, dignified color.

I bought this so my husband’s Chiweenie could get onto the bed without assistance. This may or may not have been a mistake, as she now commandeers my side of the bed and glares at me every night when I tell her to move, but at least she won’t break her leg trying to get *off* the bed now that she’s learned to climb back down. The interior storage is big enough to stash an extra set of sheets and a few odds and ends.

We wanted something that my dogs would be able to easily use to look outside. We didn’t want one of those lifted beds because they would fight over it, so I decided on these steps and they are PERFECT. They hold our dogs weight and can handle them jumping on them when they get excited. The storage is an added bonus; these are in our offices so we use them so hold extra office supplies like paper and staples. This product is a win/win. Our dogs get to look out the windows, and we aren’t districted at work by trying to entertain dogs all day.

I got this for my senior toy poodle who's back legs are weak. It took some time for him to get the hang of it but he uses it now getting off the couch. However it's still too steep of an incline for him to get up on the couch, his back legs aren't strong enough.

Our sweet 14 y.o. toy poodle still thinks she a pup but is having a rough time getting up and down from our couch. It took her a few tries to figure the steps out but she finally got it.

These fold up great for easy storage which is perfect when I’m traveling. I only wish they came with a bag to keep them in.

These stairs are great for our pup to get up on our bed. He loves using them and they seem to be of good quality. The foam expanded very quickly and the cover being washable is a plus.

Very easy to use. Perfect height for my dog to get on couch.

Ships flat and folded, but easy to assemble. Nice fabric tops to the units - give paws some traction. Our dog (Havanese) is only 15lb, but still didn't trust its sturdiness at first, but is now getting used to it. But I would observe the 50lb limit - don't stand on it yourself!

Steps slide on bare floor. Could use grips on bottom or some weight.

The stairs work as intended and my pup uses it without a problem, however given the price of the item, you would expect some more attention to be paid to detail. The initial package arrived with a box pad missing, so I contacted the seller about possibly sending a replacement part. The seller was very understanding and informed me they would send a new staircase, as just sending the box pad isn't possible. The replacement came with everything inside, however the velcro used on the first step is the same on both sides, causing the first step to completely detach from the rest of the structure. I cannot move the stairs around or have anyone bump into it in the slightest, as the first step is separate from the rest and will move out of place.
