Good value option for comfortable, high quality calls
Very pleased with this product. Audio quality seems to be very good. I often switch from holding my phone (Samsung S9) to using this headset and will ask "can you hear me ok." I've received multiple unsolicited responses that amount to "even better, actually." Perhaps this just reflects a higher average volume level from the headset, but at the least, the sound quality must be close to that of the built-in array of microphones on the S9. Recordings have slightly higher noise floor than my inexpensive lavaliere but are perfectly usable. Otherwise the headset is lightweight and reasonably comfortable. The boom is slightly flexible and can be adjusted by bending it into position, allowing you to place the microphone optimally. Despite this adjustment method, it still feels sturdy.

It actually works!
This the fifth headset that I tried, and I've finally found one that actually works for what I want! The microphone mute slider really does actually mute you on Android and PC, and it's easy to tell at a glance whether you're muted or not (red plastic shows up when you're muted).I'm using these for Google Hangouts meetings with work and my D&D group on my OnePlus 5 Android phone, my Lenovo ThinkPad T460 laptop running Fedora, and my home built desktop computer running Ubuntu. I got a 3.5mm headset Y splitter for my desktop.Pros: The mute works on Android, and I can easily tell whether I am muted. The headset is comfortable, and seems to be a sturdy build. The earpieces rotate to fit your head. The microphone boom is bendable and stays where you put it. I can hear myself talk.Cons: The cord is a little short and the rubber doesn't slide well, but I don't mind these things. My search is finally over!

Good sound, but delicate cord
Good sound quality and comfortable on head. I work in a call center, so these were worn for 8+ hours with only 3 short breaks. They lasted less than a week, however. The cord is very flimsy and when I was working, the cat got one chomp on the dangling cable and bit straight through.

Plantronic C225 Headset, Loud and Clear.
Works perfect after 2 months of use by a 73 year old man with hard of hearing. I plug it into my cellphone and talk for 4 hours with no complaints. It's very clear. Low base. High treble. I also use it plugged into my PC laptop and do Virtual and Telemedicine with four different doctors during the pandemic so I don't have to go into doctors offices. If it ever stops working I will buy it over again. Also it's very lightweight. It's not too tight on my ears. My digital scale says 3.0 ounces. I don't use it for music so i don't know what it sounds like.. I went through 3 other headsets before finding this one. It sounds like talking over the landline phone to someone next door, loud and clear.

Get ready to be annoyed before use!
From using it for about 8 months now:I connect this to my 3.5mm Mic/Headphone jack on my cell phone.Microphone 4: I have been told that my voice sounds clear and even a bit amplified. I like the boom mic and is adjustable and fairly flexible. I keep mine straight so it doesn't block my line of sight as much and it still functions well.Earphones 2: The earphones are very basic, and firm. Using for more than 1-2 hours will have you adjusting it constantly because of the pressure on your ears making them sore. Sound quality is good to great. The headphone cups themselves can be turned making them flatter, so that you can put them in a bag or briefcase. Nice.I keep them at home at all times, so this feature is very annoying when trying to put the headphones on your head. The ear phones turn very easily making it a chore. Picking them up by the ear phones turns it, forcing you to grab it by the headband in order to put them on. I considered taping or gluing them still to keep them from rotating.Wire 1: The wire is by far the most annoying feature to this product. It is grippy and rubbery. If you bundle the wire or just stuff it, guaranteed tangles, and spending at least 1-2 minutes straightening the wire out for use. The fact the they went with this rubbery, grippy material makes it much harder to just unravel the wire for use.... If they went with a smooth plastic wire, the time to unravel would be halved. Just setting the headphones down on a table with the wire and picking it up again, is cause for tangles. To mitigate with this flaw, I used mesh tubing. This eliminated the tangles, but made it a bit annoying to coil up and put away since the mesh tubing is always trying to straighten out.Controller on wire 3: This could have been better designed. Volume control works fine, but it's a slider style on a tiny block. Care is needed to use this.Mute switch feels almost like the phone button, which is right next to it. Fumbling to find the button answer call button is tragic to say the least. Thank you for giving us one, and the slim rectangular box for it helps, but buttons need work.Usage: Once you have untangled the wire, fumbled with the headband and is on your head, moved the microphone to where you like it, it works as intended. Having a wired headset is useful for not needing to recharge bluetooth headsets, specially when you have long talks. You can have your phone charging, set down where ever you like, while using your headset. For the Price, I think it is reasonable.

Good choice overall
Headphones, while not quite audiophile quality, sound more than good enough. Mic sounds great. Mute button. Volume control, which IMHO is unnecessary. Cable appears to be a bit flimsy, raising doubt about it's longevity. Connects with mini audio plug, not USB. Works with phones and computers. Overall, great choice for a headset. I'm just a bit nervous about that cable.
