Needs to be more sturdy.
The sturdiness is not what l thought it would be , l would have liked it sturdier, it does the job , you have to be careful incase you accidentally step on it or catch your trimmer on it , it will snap

Good value
A product that finished the job off nicely without breaking the bank.

Tricky to work with
Very good value for money but it is hard to work with. It’s rather springy and requires two pairs of hands to dig it in and hold it. Even then it springs back. It will do the job of holding bark back. Would recommend.

Plastic edging
Works well stapled to the bottom of my panels to stop my tortoise escaping the garden. Works well and just needs a garden hoe to make a little channel. Bought a year ago and still looks the same as the day I bought. Cuts easily with scissors.

Brittle
Perhaps I’m not using it as directed but I bought to use to fit behind a fence so soil doesn’t run into gravel and chips. To keep it in place I found the plastic very brittle when putting a nail or staple through, as I said mabay not recommended for for anyone else buying and doing the same when/if trying to fix this to wood etc

Just the job for keeping soil off the fence
Our garden slopes and when we replaced a sloping area of grass with paving we had to raise the level of the soil in the flower bed by about 4”….which meant the existing fence was in the soil😳 this semi rigid membrane was just the job for protecting the wood from damp earth. It was so easy to use: we put it in place then shovelled earth against it to the required level. We gave it 5* for sturdiness… even though it is semi rigid coz it worked perfectly in our situation. Not sure it would be easy to use for edging a lawn as some reviews have mentioned. We were thoroughly pleased with quality, price and speed of delivery👏👏👏
