No. They are approximately 5 inches long, 1 inch wide, and 1 inch deep. Not sure where Amazon got those product dimensions.

Q: I just need the 15 per inch head, can i buy ten of just the heads ?

I don't think so. Maybe from the manufacturer or another source. I have ended up putting all of the sizes to good use on various projects however.

Q: Does it wake on a car

The brush is just plastic and very small. it has several heads of different sized gaps for the evaporators but I wouldn't think it would work on a car , those have a thicker design and aren't as soft as an a/c evaporator.
