Excellent: relieves pain, relaxes muscles, smells nice, good value, moisturising
I know that the evidence for transdermal absorption of magnesium is weak, but I swear this stuff is magic. I apply it every night to my plantar fascia, ankles, shins, calves, lower back, mid back, shoulders, and neck and it really helps relax them. It could just be a placebo effect, sure, but when I have forgotten to use it I have woken up in a ton of pain and only realised later in the day that I had forgotten to take it. That would seem to suggest it actually works. The smell is really nice as well and it’s extremely rich and moisturising. I was uncertain about applying something that rich to my back, which doesn’t need moisturising, in the event it might trigger pimples or something, but it didn’t. All in all I will never be without this again! Oh and I’ve used it on my mum’s cramping muscles and it seems to help — whether that’s because of the massage-style motion, the psychological benefit of having someone caring for her, or the actual properties of the magnesium of course is up for debate. But either way, I highly recommend it!

This works for me
I am surprised by how well this is working for me. I've have had months of stress, resulting in very poor sleep and I find it really helps to massage a little of this around my shoulders and face at night. I like the smell - it is pleasant but not overwhelming. I was a little worried about how I would find the smell as I am not normally crazy about the scent of chamomile, but I need not have worried - this is just a very pleasant blend. Good for massage generally, rich but not greasy. For a full body massage I might add a drop of almond oil to it but at night it is helpful just to apply it as it is (not too oily). Excellent value.

Smell smells great and actually helps
The feather and down sleep products are really good. They smell wonderful and in my experience actually do a sleep.

Lovely product to use
Love this product. Shea butter absorbs well and does not feel sticky afterwards. Smell is great with lavender and chamomile but not overpowering. Been using it for2 weeks so not sure whether it helps my neuropathy. Have sleep better last few nights with less burning in my feet so maybe it helps. Jury still out but am hopeful. Also a larger pot then some other magnesium creams which are 3 times the price so cost effective.

Surprisingly good stuff😄
Soft, buttery texture. Easily rubs in with no greasy residue. Calming. Use before bedtime 🌙

Sleepy dream cream
My 9 year old son and I call this “sleepy cream” because we use it at night to soothe his aching muscles (he’s a gymnast) and calm him down before bed. It’s lovely and thick with a gorgeous smell, and it’s incredible value for the price. It’s now a bedtime essential, and sometimes I use it on my own aching shoulders 😃

No good for me having RLS.
Really nice cream, and a lovely scent. The cream is silky soft and lovely on the skin.A lovely lavender smell, gorgeous. Now as much as I can go on about the silky skin and the scent, the main object of this cream is to help us sleep with the added bonus of magnesium.I have what’s called RLS ( Restless leg syndrome)RLS is very common but not a lot can be done to help the cause.I use magnesium spray all the time however although fabulous, yes it works, I’m fed up with sticky legs.I wanted to buy this cream just to see if it works for me.My routine is a bath with epsom salts, then the alternate night I smooth in this cream, I massage it in for 10-20 minutes. The first night it worked, great I was very pleased.I loved the smoothness of my legs, but my main aim was my RLS, sadly it isn’t good enough ( worked only one night) to cater for my needs. It’s a shame, but this didn’t support a good sleeping pattern, I was fidgeting all night. So I’ll have no choice but to go back to magnesium spray. This cream is pleasant but doesn’t do what I wanted it for, so I won’t be buying any more.It was worth a try.

Big tub!
I am so happy with this because the tub is huge! Totally worth the money. This will last me ages. It smells divine and really helps me to fall asleep quickly. I rub a bit into my wrists and then some of the bottoms of my feed. I drift off in no time.
