Q: Were the test strips recently changed? I used these frequently and this last box I got the control line hardly has any pigment if any at all.

However, we do recommend reviewing our recommended saturation instructions as this can be a common reason for the issue you are facing. -Dip the strip up to but not past the "max" line -Dip the strip only until the dye just begins to rise in to the result window(typically 5-10 seconds) -Lay the test flat and read the results once all the excess dye has been absorbed(typically 3-7 minutes) If you follow these steps and still have the same concerns, you can reach out to our team via Amazon message or via the Support tab within the Premom app so we can assist further. Q: For the ovulation kit, how early can a positive show up?

Thank you for asking Crystal T. Usually women will find their LH surge somewhere in the middle of their menstrual cycles for the month. These OPK tests will help better determine when that can happen for you. I would follow the manual to first locate your menstrual cycle days. For example, 28 day cycle, a person would test on cycle day 12 ( using cycle day as the first day of the last period).
