Perfect, Flexible, Sturdy Laptop Stand for My Needs
One of my favorite products purchased in 2017. Very sturdy, and the "joints" click into place with a very solid feel. Much cheaper and adaptable than an expensive, heavy vari-desk. All you have to do is experiment with different positions a few times to see what works for you. I have whipped it into position under my laptop (with one hand) during long conference calls to go from sitting to standing (or vice versa). I also use it in bed to surf, read, or watch movies. It only takes about 30-45 seconds to change the legs to go from desk to bed /couch mode. The push-button "joints" have angle readings and pointers that make the settings quickly repeatable. Yet another plus: folded flat, it fits in my briefcase to take to a client's office for a long workday (or on a flight for several workdays). The ventilated platform is also an excellent, important feature. I previously warped a laptop battery by using it on a surface that didn't allow it to cool properly. Problem solved. $30 for a very flexible product versus $200+ for a fancy, heavy behemoth? For me, a no-brainer.

Great for using in different locations
I just got this thing after seeing the Instagram ads. I didn't want to buy through the ad because I've had bad experiences with those "companies" before (shipping takes forever and the product is usually horrible and useless). So I've only been using it for a few hours but so far I like it. I used it at my kitchen counter to raise up my screen and am now using it while sitting up in bed. I started working from home because of the coronavirus and after weeks of sitting at the kitchen counter, I was getting sick of the setup. I was hunching over to see my screen that was too low. If I were to use a book or box to raise the laptop, then the monitor would be the right height but the keyboard would be too high. So now with this thing my monitor is the right height and I'm using a separate keyboard on the counter top making my setup more ergonomic. As for adjusting the angles on each of the arms, it's a pain in the ass for me but that's because I have long finger nails and the buttons push in pretty far. So no fault really to the product. To work around that I use a chapstick tube, silly but it works. I'll have to mess with it a little more to understand how each angle adjustment of the legs affects the placement of the laptop. If you adjust one angle, you'll probably have to adjust the other 2. My laptop is an 8 year old chonker Dell Studio. The lip at the front of the platform is high enough to keep this beast from sliding off. It doesn't seem to have any problems supporting the weight of the laptop either. The laptop is about 15" wide and 12" deep and there's probably a half inch of extra platform space on each side of the laptop and 1.5" of extra space in the back. I'll report back in a few weeks to see how it's holding up and what other positions I've discovered. For now, I recommend!

Excellent Product - Must have for at-home work!
I’ve had this product since March 2021 and I absolutely love it. I work from home 4/5 days a week, use it everyday, and it’s still just as sturdy as the day I bought it. It’s not hard to adjust..just make sure you have the button pressed all the way in. Sometimes I wiggle the joint a bit and that helps. I change up the position of the stand depending on if I’m working on my desk, couch or bed. In fact, I’m buying a second one to bring to the office with me. 10/10 would recommend this product. Pro Tip: Take a picture of the different angles/positions on the stand instruction manual, and as you find arrangements you like write them in. Works like a charm and saves time! :)

Ultra adjustable laptop table that is hit and miss for me
I bought this because it looks so flexible with many adjustable possibilities. I ended up annoyed because of so much possibilities! Each possibility takes time to adjust as I have to match both legs. Sometimes, to get to one configuration on one segment, I have to move the other two to unblock the button to unlock the joint. It's almost like simplified Rubics cube: to get one color in a slot you'll have to make non-obvious rotations. As for the legs. if want to setup in the highest position (two of the segments must be straight and last at 90 degree angle), the entire stand becomes very unstable. It can easy become a parallelogram to either side, so must be careful not to apply too much pressure. I first thought I can use this in bed, but the truth it is barely wide enough to fit hip and leg through, and I wear men's 34. I become claustrophobic. I end up buying a rigid wooden short-legged table top that is perfect height in bed but has extra 8-inches of width. The mini table top is made out of pretty solid aluminum. However can't say the same about the mouse pad. The sheet metal is very thing but the hook onto the main table top is loose and not as strong. Plenty of bending possible with very little pressure. I don't find it solid to mouse around on it. However the twin fans are effective at cooling my gaming laptops and stay very quiet. All in all, it's a very flexible table that needs patience to adjust. I end up using it as a min-laptop table in the middle row of family's minivan! I would recommend it highly if it's for your right use, but I am not sure about it's worth the $55 that I paid for.

I don’t have a fixed desk to work on from home. I struggled with a bad neck because of I’ve not had my laptop raised. This work station has really helped. I have been using it for a while. The first time I set it up... took a little getting used to. But once you know... it is easy and quick. I use it on my lap, on a dinning table. It is very sturdy and comfortable enough to leave my expensive Mac book pro on it. You can set it up in many position. I got my wife a different cheaper workstation... it is no way as good - regret buying it and wish I got her this one too. This One however is definitely good value for money.

Recommend to people that work mainly from their laptops. It helps with cooling of the comp, with positioning your camera, with working in bed etc etc.

Really versatile, easy to use. The only part that is metal is the laptop tray and the legs are from plastic. So it is really light and easy to move around. Super recommend
