You need to find out what your amperage draw is on the 24 V pump, then you need to see how many amps the solar panel puts out, my best guess is it is around 5-6 A, it takes more amps at 12v to drive 24v... basically this device gives you 24 V at 10 A output so your input at 12 V is going to have to be a lot higher amperage then 10 in order to make this work at full capacity if your pump is one amp draw it may work
