Cozy AND healthy!
Oh man, honestly can't believe how amazing this turned out. I've had it for a couple months now and use it 1-2 times a week, same as my wife. It was EASY to assemble with 2 people, despite being all wood and sturdy. The wood is aromatic, which is so nice and exactly why I wanted a wooden sauna.Love the different color lights. I use red most of the time, but will change it up depending on mood, what I'm listening to on it's bluetooth speaker, time of day, etc. The blue is calming and my second favorite color. You don't have to turn the light on, and that is nice too.I thought I bought the earlier/older model that didn't have bluetooth, but it does and I am PUMPED not to deal with a chord. Speakers are surprisingly clear and volume is controlled from your own device. Connectivity is instant.I got a 2 seater size because I wanted to have space, and I am glad I did. I am 5 foot 10 with a skinny build, but still, it is nice to have the space. It is December 2023 and I am watching everyone around me- friends, family, coworkers, etc - get sick with crud, flu, covid, stomach bugs- and yet my partner and I are feeling healthy as ever. We feel we this sauna is playing a big part in our health this winter. We are making sure to sweat out the toxins of our days and travels, and any time one of us feels a scratchy throat or runny nose coming on, we go sweat in the sauna. Good stuff.Fun to add: spending all this relaxing alone time in the sauna has also gotten me into guided mindfulness meditations. Just simple 10 minute meditations I find on youtube and play through the speakers. This has seriously helped to kick start productive days, get clarity on complicated projects, and unwind after stressful days. Before the sauna I was never getting such simple, centered time to myself, and now I am which has been a little life changing. As well, the sauna is amazing any time of the day! First thing in the morning, before a workout, after a work out, after work, right before bed. I don't have a preference, it is what I need it to be every time. It's had a really low, under the radar impact on our energy bill. I've barely noticed the difference. We are running it for at least 1 hour a day. it only takes about 10-15 minutes to reach 130 degrees in our unfinished basement, but sometimes we forget to get in that quickly, and we usually are in there for 20 - 40 minutes. So like I said, at least an hour.VERY, very, very happy with this purchase and have since sent the link to several friends and acquaintances.

I love it!
I debated long and hard before buying this sauna. I looked at so many different ones my head was spining. The most important feature for me was size: my space in the garage is 54" wide x 44" deep x 84" tall. I really wanted to fill up the space so this sauna's dimensions won (48 x 42 x 75 outside/ 44 x 38 x 68 inside). It fills the space and is spacious for me (5'4"). Even my 6' husband can be in it pretty comfortably. And it looks great! The delivery was relatively seamless. I got the email asking for the street address and any obstructions. Then awhile later another email to schedule the delivery, which we did for when my husband was off work. He said the driver just dropped it off in the driveway, on our side of the sidewalk. Husband and his brother took it off the pallet and moved it into the garage, piece by piece. The only piece that really needed two people was the door 'cuz it is heavy!Husband and I installed it in about 90 minutes, after he put 5 strips of water resistant "wood" on the base to elevate it off the floor. The instructions were pretty good and relatively easy to follow (especially if you've assembled IKEA furniture!). It buckles together easily. All of the pieces slot into place, including the electrical. We didn't like that the top has to be screwed in but there are no predrilled holes or instructions on where the screws should go. I also hated that 3 of the 4 up arrow stickers were too stuck and really hard/impossible to remove. Why did they put super sticky stickers on bare wood???To its function: it works great! I set it to145 for 60 minutes and tell Alexa to set a timer for 30 minutes. Then I get in for 25-30 minutes. It is plenty hot for me; I'm sweating buckets within 5 minutes. It's now warmer in the garage so it heats up faster than in March when we first got it. The bluetooth works perfectly; the speakers are loud and clear. I haven't really figured out the lights but I'm happy with the blue. I use it almost every day and can't refrain from saying, "how lucky am I to have my very own sauna!" I love it!

I should have bought this years ago!!!
The sauna comes in two boxes and is very well packed. It took two of us about 90 minutes to unpack and assemble the sauna. Assembly was fairly easy, but the instruction booklet could have used some words to accompany and clarify the pictures and diagrams. As far as the function goes, I have it in a corner of my bedroom, with a short side on an exterior wall, and it is Feb and pretty cold outside. Nevertheless the sauna heats up to 150 in 35-40 minutes. It vacillates between 148-150 while I am in it. I have found that it takes me about 20 minutes at that temperature to begin sweating, and after 30 total minutes in the sauna I am drenched. It is comfortable sitting upright with my feet on the foot boards (wearing sandals is better than barefoot). I bought a cheap sauna seat back and it makes it more comfortable. I am 5'*8" tall and 165 lbs, and it is semi-comfortable for me to sit lengthwise on the seat with my knees bent and my feet resting against the two heaters on the other end of the seat. I haven't tried it yet, but I might remove the seat, rest the under-seat heater against the back wall, and put a lawn chair inside the sauna for more comfort. There is a normal reading light as well as a reddish light inside, and although it doesn't say so in the ad, it has Bluetooth in addition to a MP3-type cable connection (it comes with a long cable to connect from the ceiling connection to your MP3 device0. The speakers are not great, but perfectly adequate for listening to books on tape, podcasts, or nice music. The power cable for the sauna extends about 6 feet from the edge of the sauna, so that should be part of your consideration about placement of the sauna.I've only had it for a week, but so far I'm delighted with this purchase. I've used it 6 of the last 7 days, and sincerely recommend it.
