My 1st grader struggled in reading this past year and I purchased First Little Reader book sets to practice this summer. We stay on the same book until he masters it and then move on to the next. I've noticed such an improvement in his reading and am so happy I bought these!

Love them. Easy to keep track of with the packaging it comes with!

Had used these with my great grand children

My daughter is 6 years old, in 1st grade, and loves these. She thinks the stories are funny and likes the illustrations. They are small and good to put in a carry on when traveling. Her school wants 1st graders reading at Level J by the end of the year. I bought these when she was Level H and she was able to read them at home with some help.

I love these books and so do my kids. They have really helped them with learning to read.

My child likes to read these, which is fantastic. I think these, and other reader books like them, have really helped to boost her confidence in reading. I think she is proud of herself when she finishes a book. She often will want to read more than one at a time, even though one at a time I all I ask of her, which makes me pretty happy.
