A podiatrist recommended trying gel toe separators for where a little toe was pointing inwards. Found these on Amazon and found significant relief from pain immediately. Would highly recommend them for people needing this treatment to correct poor toe bone posture.

I enjoy running and regularly clock up around 15 to 20k per week. Sadly, I have the same problem on both feet, that is, my 2nd smallest toe is freakily a strange shape and both rub my middle toes, resulting in blisters and bleeding. I was rather sceptical when I placed the order, but these toe separators are perfect. They are very comfortable, hardly notice them when running as they keep in place, and are so soft. After a run, I give them a quick wash, dry them, and use an anti-fungal spray to prevent any athletes foot problems. I have now used the same 2 pieces out of the packet of 10 for approximately 60kms of running, and they still look new. So at £6.99 for the pack, I think these are brilliant value, and therefore I can highly recommend them to you.

This pack contains 10 soft, easy to clean, silicone gel toe separators that are designed to use on your small toes, not your big one. The packet they come in is resealable, and contains 5 smaller resealable bags with two separators in each.The separators themselves are made from an extremely soft and elastic silicone. I have large feet and toes, so was concerned that they might not fit or feel tight, but the softness and elasticity of the silicon means they fitted with ease. This elasticity also makes them much easier to put on and off, and position correctly.After a few minutes of usage I hardly knew they were there because they are so soft, yet they acted immediately to separate my toes and reduce the pain caused by my toes digging in, or going under each other as I walk.How they will prove long term for correcting and repositioning my toes, only time will tell. However based on my experience so far, I have no reason to doubt that they will certainly help.
