Does exactly what it says
Does the job for me. Like another reviewer, I play the saxophone and wanted something to build up and maintain my lung capacity. For the price this is a grand bit of kit. Fairly sturdy and easy to use. Ticks all the boxes.

Easy to use
Product works very well and allows me gauge my lung health slightly. It is very easy to use with no set up required, just wash the mouth piece easily and then is good to use, seems durable and is comfortable and easy to use.

See my review, not really had it long enough to benefit
I am on oxygen and cpap machine and wanted to try and improve my lungs, however at the moment I can only just about lift the first ball. When using it yesterday a knock at the door made me jump and It fell off my knee onto carpeted floor and came apart, the plastic balls rolled across the floor and my darling shitzhu had them before I got to them. She didn't swallow them but now chewed up. Money wasted.

Constructed badly and has to be held upside down for the balls to move
Bought one of these and the balls wouldn't move unless my elderly father turned it upside down. Returned it for a refund and ordered another, given that we this product has so many good reviews, I thought perhaps we had been unlucky. A second one arrived today and it has the same issue. Needs to be held upside down for the balls to move. Will give up and buy one from my local pharmacy as it is pointless ordering a third.
