Packaging was less than ideal.
The product is fine. Should work great for my needs, However, it was shipped in a box that was too big for the pale. When it arrived the shipping label was facing up, the pale was laying on it's side, the top was off the bucket and about a pound of Oxalic Acid was laying in the box and leaking out when I picked up the box from my front porch. MAXTITE, This product should not have been packaged this way for shipping. Box was too big, there was zero padding, and the bucket rolled around inside the box until the top came off. 5 Star product with a 1 star shipper.
