Four years and counting
My husband Forest bought the rise garden for my birthday in 2020. We have been very happy with our little indoor garden and have gotten many crops over the past 4 years. My 2 year old daughter loves the garden as well. It’s amazing to share the farm to table experience with her. The custom support team is amazing! They really stand behind their product and update it over time.

Moldy (?) and lackluster customer service
I’ve had my garden for a few years and have been happy for the most part. Yes, there are some seed issues (pods not germinating) and some tech issues with the app, but I’ve been happy overall. Unfortunately, I’ve had two issues (app and this order) and have reached out twice with multiple emails and have had very disappointing customer service. I think I’ll be looking for a new garden soon.
