This product is excellent for relieving pain and swelling in the heel area. I recently developed heel bursitis, and icing my heel provided significant relief. Using a conventional ice pack on the back of my heel proved challenging, and applying ice directly to the swollen area was often difficult. However, this pack stays cold and fits comfortably around my ankle and heel, delivering the relief I need as I recover from my injury and get back to running. I plan to use it after every training run to help manage any swelling, and I am confident it will be very beneficial.

I have never felt an ice pack this cold before. If you are looking for something extremely cold, look no further. 20 mins of use and it’s still freezing.

Overall it works pretty well. It gets incredibly cold (almost unbearably so). However, it doesn't retain the coldness for as long as I would've hoped (only about 10-15 minutes).

I searched around quite a bit looking for the perfect ice pack for my ankles and feet. I've been using these on a daily basis to help with foot pain/plantar fascitis and they are great. They hug my ankles and feet perfectly and are comfortable to wear.

Great. Fits well on foot, gets freezing cold but does not freeze solid so that’s really helpful and allowing it to form to the shape of your foot and ankle. Very happy with this product.

I searched to find an icepack that would stay in place & cover my heel (needed due to plantar fasciitis). This was the only one that I could find & it had good reviews. I ordered two of them, so that I'd have one available for use while the other was in the freezer. These are extremely effective, and I love that you can customize the fit with the Velcro straps. I wear socks & wrap a hand towel around my foot before putting this on because it's very cold!

It fits the heel nicely, but there is no way to keep them on if you have to move. The strap just wraps around wiith nothing to hold it in place.
