Please install the handle 90 degrees perpendicular to the tray, otherwise there is no way to activate the punch function.

Flip the machine over, use scissors to press the jammed cutter head down, then flip it back over and test it again.

What's the requirement for the number of sheets and paper thickness per punching?

10-12 sheets of printing paper(paper thickness≤80g(20lb) ), 2 sheets of 230g(≤85lb) cover/textured paper, 1 sheet of 5-12mil PVC cover.

What happens if I exceed the sheet limit?

Pressing to punch holes can jam the binding machine and can even cause damage, rendering it unusable.

Can I use any other binding material besides PVC or laminated cardstock?

1、Punch 5–12 mil PVC covers one sheet at a time (no multiples). 2、Punch 1 sheet of 230g (≤85lb) cover/textured paper per operation. Note: Punching fewer sheets each time helps extend blade lifespan.
