I love these camera cover slides. I use them on my laptop and my phone. They work perfectly on my laptop and they stick well and work almost perfectly with my Galaxy phone, the only slight flaw being that every so often, the cover pops out of the track. This happens really seldom, though, considering how often I take my phone in and out of my pocket and in and out of my purse. If I can find the cover, I just pop it back on. If I can't, I've got spares to replace it with. These slides are no-brainer easy to use and, given their small size and black color, they're barely noticeable when applied.

TL;DR - If you're thinking about getting these just do it, especially the small size, they're excellent for the price. You'll want extras so you can replace them when they eventually pop off or break, they're meant to be replaced every so often on frequently used phones/tablets. Works well as advertised, fully blocks camera view. Not heavy duty, will break or pop off every once in a while on phones with regular use. First one I used lasted a couple months with me keeping my phone in my pocket with my keys. Adhesive cleans off easily from screen before putting a new one on after you need to replace it. Recommend using these with tempered glass screen protectors but they should work on any screen or protective case cover. They're cheap too, so I'd get a pack or two of the 6 small size covers if phones are your primary purpose for buying these. I used the small ones for my laptop cameras too, the big ones would likely be too big for most things other than full size external webcams. I really like how slim they are, and the slide is decently tight for something so small without locking mechanisms. It's meant to work well until it wears out and then you replace it. For $4-$6 for a 6 pack, that's a worth it way to go. Get everyone their own 6 pack and you'll all be set for the year for just your phones at least. I'd give 5 stars if it didn't slide open in your pocket as much, but for the price and the fact that it takes friction to slide it open, it's not loose enough to slide open on its own, makes it worth using this product and not minding having the reflex of checking the cover each time I pull my phone out to make sure it's still closed. At least 70% of the time it is still closed, and it never slides open when you shake your phone. I was skeptical because it's plastic but I like these better than another brand's metal ones due to how small and flat these ones are. They come in a little plastic pack that makes it easy to bring the extras with you in case you're traveling. I recommend bringing them with you if you go on a trip. My first one finally popped off at the beginning of a weekend trip away from home and therefore I had to spend the weekend without my front camera blocked!

The idea is nice: stick the cover over the camera and slide it open or closed as needed. Unfortunately, the sliding cover piece fell off the first day, and I did not even realize it was missing until later. Garbage. Don’t even stick to the phone. Forget it if you have a screen protector on it on top of that because it really won’t stick then. Pass on these - not worth the price even tho it’s low.

I always go into settings to turn off the camera and microphone features when not in use. (I was using a piece of paper to mask the camera.) Having watched an advertisement for these camera covers, I decided to invest. I purchased the 6-pack. Since I have more than one technological device, I also needed to cover those cameras. The camera covers are perfect. Clean your phone or laptop before placing the cover on your device. Let the device(s) dry before putting the cover on the device. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL on your device to clean. I suggest using soap and water or if you have those eyeglass cleaning wipes to use. Let dry before placing the cover over the camera. Make sure you line up the cover. Perfect cover. Easy to install, fits my Android cell phone and tablet, Fire Max tablet, and HP laptops. I tested the camera cover for alignment and it was perfectly aligned. The cover slid perfectly to cover up the inability of anyone to peek or manipulate the camera. The functionality of the camera cover works perfectly. I highly recommend it.
