I can tell a difference if I miss a few days!!!! I use this formulation (Longvida) because it is supposed to also break the blood brain barrier to prevent dementia according to UCLA research. The only issue I've had with curcumin is that I already struggle with anemia and it is a metal chelator which keeps iron from absorbing. I became anemic again after my first month's use and had to go back on an iron supplement. I wish it were less expensive...but am willing to pay because it works!

Seeing improvements in Dementia.
UCLA study concerned with Alzheimer's disease, but seems to improved the effects of dementia. Time will tell, as some other changes where happening at the same time and conclusions could be spurious.

Excellent product!
Because of achiness/arthritis I've tried a few different curcumin products over the past few years, and I can honestly say that I've felt the best since I started using Longvida by Nutrivene. I switched to this product after doing some research on the internet and feel that for me it is worth the increased cost of this product compared to other brands of curcumin.
