very easy to use and my granddaughters love it.

My 9 year old son loves making creations with this. I was more impressed with the customer service. Ours stopped working a month or so after he started using it. I contacted the company and they sent a new pen immediately. I sent the one that wasn't working back to them and they took a look at it and provided us feedback and instructions on why it stopped working so we wouldn't make the same mistake with the new one. Can't find much good customer service anymore and I was pleasantly surprised with this company.

Neat product but very overpriced. Must use this company's refills only which are not cheap. I bought as a gift and have since seen others that look better.

The 3Doodler Start+ Essentials has been such a fantastic creative and educational tool for my son. It’s easy to use and really encourages STEM learning and artistic expression. My daughter saw him using it and loved it so much that I had to buy a second set for her!I’ve also recommended this 3D pen set to many friends because it’s perfect for kids ages 6 and up — safe, fun, and inspiring. My kids absolutely love this and it’s super easy for them to use on their own, 6 yr old & 9 yr old. It works great and they can have hours of fun safely without burning themselves on the tip! Charges in a few hours so highly recommend putting it on the charger overnight.

My 7 year old had been wanting a 3D pen forever so I purchased this one. It's a great starter pen but has its flaws. The battery life is awful. I charged it until it indicated it was fully charged and only got a couple of hours max each time. Also the short filler sticks make it hard to make things. Much longer rolls of each color would be so much better. We're going to keep it only because we've already thrown the box away and used some of the material but I wish I would have known these things prior to ordering.

Awesome set for kids.

I got this for my kids as a random Christmas present no one asked for but I thought they might enjoy. No one liked it, my kids (ages 11, 8, and 7) all tried it and weren’t impressed or thought it was too hard to make stuff with. It got put away and forgotten about for the next 5 months. Then out of nowhere my 11 year old got it out to repair a broken hair claw clip she had and all three of my kids took turns using it to add onto other items and became obsessed with it. Now I’m having to buy replacement “ink” sticks because they had so much fun. While there is a learning curve, it’s worth it to find a way to create that works for them because my kids played with it for hours over several days. A great creative outlet for kids that doesn’t involve a screen and lets them use creative problem solving. My 7 year old made a mech suit for a peanut.
