Company completes and ships order first class so very fast. The product arrives by post in solid box with lettering well protected. Be sure to read and understand all on the detail page. I had to do a redo (at my cost) because of the way they're software font rules we're not what I was expecting. For consistency best to use all caps. If you have small letters 'p' and 'q' tails will cause readjustment of font size which can be undesirable. The capital letter size will be reduced to 6.5 inches from 8" if you have letters that will drop below the baseline. After emailing and expressing what I was expecting they can manually override and the redo was what I was expecting. The Amazon order page needs some improvement so that you can order with a message to insure you get what you expect. The product was very satisfactory except I thought the vinyl lettering layer is pretty thin so even a fly's turd will cause a bump on the surface of the lettering. Very difficult to not get micro-bubbles that may even form after initially you think the product is absolutely flat. Do not apply in direct sun because solar radiation may cause some unwanted bubbling. The product looks just fine looking at it from 5 feet away. I put lettering on an RV fiberglass surface which is not as flat and smooth as metal. Be sure surface is absolutely dust free and wiped with alcohol or other non residue cleaner.

The items came and were cut nicely and vere of good quality. The issue I had in my case was that they will not stick to a wall. The clear plastic would not cleanly peel away from the letters. I was installing this on a freshly painted cleaned and prepped sheetrock wall. I ordered two sets of words from the company. The first set I struggled with heated it up with a heat gun and finally after a long battle got it on the wall. The next day when I tried the other set of letters it was completely destroyed while I was putting it up. I reached out to the company they really didn't have a good answer. These may work well on other surfaces but I would not recommend them for painted sheetrock walls

This product was delivered fast and that's all I have to say that is positive. I am not a newbie to applying decals on boats. If I had been inexperienced, the project would have failed. The vinyl is very very thin, it surprised me compared to others I have used. The transfer tape is too aggressive for such thin plastic and my fancy font choice. I tore letters five or six times but caught the problem before tears became fatal. I ended up using my knife to start separating every letter. I suspect it won't hold up very well to boating abuse . The product was slightly less expensive then some others but the extreme difficulty was not worth the cost or the risk of failure. In the future I will look for vinyl thickness in the specifications. Some other reviewers have stated this company has changed their product for the worse.

These letters were exactly what we needed to refurbish an old softball field scoreboard. They were a bit more difficult to apply than the directions imply, but we did it and they look great! Excellent customer service to help us get the exact layout we needed. Picture is attached showing our finished product. We highly recommend this product and this company!
