I can’t control 6 watches since the screen shows only 1m to 6m only the rest 6 are not working.Such a bummer since i really liked it so much.

Amazing product and aptly priced. This is the one I was looking for. The quality of the box and the pillows inside are as expected. Definitely recommended as it increases the longevity of my expensive watches. The touch buttons and digital display makes it easy to adjust the rotation direction and speed as well. Unit operated for about a year before watch bank failure. Contacted company's support for assistance and received a fairly quick response. Unfortunately after telling me that I had the unit in the wrong mode [I didn't] they stated that they need time to review and will get back to me... that was 2 weeks ago.From the beginning the winder has been average at best. The felt backings to each watch bank are simply pushed in and held in place by nothing. They started falling forward almost immediately. I eventually removed them all because they create noise when the unit is winding. Several banks turn slower than others, I suspect this is because the unit uses 6 motors and gangs two positions to them via what I think is a belt.Overall construction is good and the unit looks superb. Sadly its inner workings are subpar and their 18 month warrantee isn't worth the paper its written on thus far.

This is a great watch winder in terms of craftsmanship and the noise level. I really love the finishing and the extra watch storage on top for non-mechanical watches.But as mentioned on other reviews, the watch pillows that comes with the unit doesn't really fit small wrist watches. (6.25 Wrist Size) The unit comes with 2 small and 2 large adjustable watch pillows, and it is the small one that fits my watches the best. Still giving it a 5-star review because the manufacturer with a few email exchanges sent me 8 replacement small watch pillows. (I have seen some reviews that they got the black one as replacements, but I was able to receive the brown ones.)Small minor issue for me is the need for you to open the main door in order to open up the top watch compartment. Not a deal breaker but just hoping that it could be open up easily. I might just do something to stop it from locking.But so far I am really satisfied with the purchase. And hopefully it runs smoothly for a long time.

I purchased this unit in March o2022. Received in good condition and worked as advertised. Well-constructed and good looking. Perfect for all my watches.Fast forward to the month of September. One of my watch motors dies. There are 12 individual motors in this unitContacted customer service and they were great! Very fast response and very helpful. After providing some information to them I had my new watch motor within a matter of days. The motor was very easy to replace, and the unit is up and running.Kudos to their customer service. Great job!

I ordered this watch case for my Husband for his birthday while he was away. When he came home to open it, one of the watch holders/winders was broken. There was NO sign of damage to the packaging and it was packed up so well. I honestly think it's just one of those things that can just happen. I contacted the seller which was so easy by the way. They heard me out and I sent them a video/picture of the issue. They were so apologetic AND nice! They swiftly sent my Husband complete and brand new watch case! I whole new one!!!!! We received it and it works PERFECTLY!!!!! The watch case is beautiful. It holds large size watches VERY well. My Husband has repeatedly said he wants another one but larger so he can have it for his Man Cave. I would totally buy it from this vendor again and again!

I was impressed with the look of this watch winder when I first received the unit. It works fine initially but after a little over one year, 4 of the winders stopped working. This is not a good quality product for the money that I've invested. It looks nice on the outside but the quality and reliability are not there. Contacted Amazon to get it resolve but no luck. Don't waste your money.
