Simple product that adds incredible flavor and texture to shepherds pie, savory pies, brownies, homemade chocolates, buttermilk biscuits, everything nachos, etc. it’s different than regular salt. It has to be flaked salt to add to the texture and flavor.

This is a really good sea salt I use for just about everything except for salads because the salt will melt when you cook with it but when it's in your salad I don't like having big pieces of salt lol. The flavor profile of this salt is very nice, it doesn't have any harshness to it at all, it's a very clean salt that does not overpower the flavor of the underlying food. I really recommend this investment because it will last a while and your dishes really get elevated by this salt, it's noticeably better as far as flavor than regular salt from the grocery store

I bought this stuff a few years ago and it's one of the best things I've ever bought on Amazon....and I buy a LOT of stuff on Amazon. The flavor is phenomenal. We use it on all kinds of food from steaks & pork chops to baked good like cookies and brownies it just heightens the taste of everything....and in my opinion there's nothing better than salty sweet....plus a little goes a long way. You just need a couple flakes loosely sprinkled on your brownies or cookies before you throw them in to bake or right after you take them out of the over before they cool...on steaks & pork chops I just lightly sprinkle some over the top right before eating and it makes the meat burst with flavor. By the way, It's taken us 4 years to use this first box up (We actually have about 2 tablespoons left, but I'm buying more now because we can't live without it and I'm afraid to run out because it's that good!!!) This is truly a 5 star purchase!
