Keurig K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker – Strong Brew Option, 42oz Reservoir, Sleek Design for Holiday Hosting & Gifting, Black

Years ago I received a secondhand Keurig from my local "everything free" group. It was the original model, a big sucker. Definitely more firepower than I needed but so powerful and dominant I could not resist it. That machine became vital to my ADHD morning routine. No more spilling stuff everywhere, no more folded-over coffee filter and cup full of grounds and water. No more being late because I had to babysit my coffee maker. I could just pop the pod in, press a button, and go. My life was improved. That machine was an absolute workhorse but sadly after constant use it began shutting itself off and not restarting. It was time to move on. I initially purchased a knock-off k-cup machine. It promised that it would make both iced and hot coffee for $20 less. It wove a web of lies that ensnared me. I won't get into what was wrong with it, that is for another review. What I will say is that I returned it promptly and ordered this brand new fancy baby Keurig. This machine, which I will call K-Pod Demon Hunter, heats quickly -- like almost immediately. It brews a perfect cup every time. It makes pleasant noises while it works that let me know it's happy. I am also happy. We are happy together, like the song. The only thing I do not like about this machine is the color. It was on sale because it's a "holiday color" but it is not attractive. It is ugly. It's the color you see in winter coats on sale. Your chain-smoking great aunt who is obsessed with true crime and criticizes your life choices but may leave you some money when she dies has a jacket in this color. It's neither red nor purple nor magenta. It has a touch of brown but it's not rust. Nobody likes this color. Nobody has ever liked this color. It's not a color that will become retro at any point. This color is neither pleasing to the eye nor soothing to the spirit. But I'm not perfect either and K-pod Demon Hunter accepts me as I am. I am writing this review in a different room so it can't hear me and feel hurt. Perhaps over time I will learn to love this color because I love the machine in which it is swathed. Unlikely, but they say that love can work miracles. Reader, I wish you all the best in your coffee journey. I hope that you find love like I did with K-Pod Demon Hunter. Heed my words and do not be tempted by off-brand substitutes and their beautiful lies. They won't understand you. They won't respect you. They won't be there for you and your time of need like K-Pod Demon Hunter is for me. I want you to have what I have. Your happiness is important to me.

I had an expensive habit called “daily Starbucks cafe lattes”! I decided to order this Keurig K-Express coffee maker with strong brew option and learn to brew my own lattes using the strong brew feature and espresso K-cups and it’s turned out to be a terrific investment which is saving me a lot of money! The K-Express takes up very little room which is important as I don’t have much counter space in my small kitchen. The machine is easy to keep clean and the water tank holds plenty of water. I highly recommend this machine. (P.S. - I also ordered and use a terrific cordless hot milk frother to make my lattes just perfect - see my review).

Love how this works so far with no issues. Very hot coffee or hot chocolate that comes very quickly from large water reservoir that you can make several large cups from this which is nice to not have to refill in between tall cups you make. Color is blended in with kitchens in beige which matches any decor. Like that it has a descale light up button to remind you to do. I do not leave water in container since have had bad issues with build up in same brand other models. This is my 6th one since all others quit working or had water leakage all over the counter. Very easy parts to clean and easy to use so hope this lasts along time.

Size is compact, coffee is hot, love that. BUT the light came on for cleaning, stopped working and won't go away after all the tips and tricks. Works after all the cleaning BUT light still on. Never have had to do this with any other keurig.

Neat item! Takes up just a bit of counter space. Wouldn't work if serving a crowd but good for a solo user. Does heat up quickly so you could do several cups in a short time. A bit tricky to insert the water tank so be careful but no problem once you get the hang of it. Came quickly and well packaged. A good buy.

We purchased this Keurig a couple of days ago and it came in very quickly! The Keurig brews the coffee very quick and the taste is delicious. It’s very convenient that it has a 42 ounce Reservoir our previous coffee machine was pour as you go for each coffee so this is very nice to just be able to press whichever size you would like and enjoy. I think the only downside is that the coffee machine is pretty loud compared to other models. The machine itself is beautiful and looks sleek. Also it’s very easy to clean, and doesn’t leak. *** Updating this review: in the suggested to buy with this Keurig is a three month cleaning system that includes the descaling solution, water filters and rinsing pods… In order to be able to use the filters you have to buy a separate water filter to put in to the reservoir. I just think it’s important to know before purchasing the cleaning system.

I have been unable to use the item as the power plug does not meet Australian standards in fact when Itried to use the appliance it blew the electrical fuse making it in workable. As I purchased this in good faith not knowing I could not use it I would like to request a refund of the purchase price please

Love this small Kuerig. It's slim and stylish and looks beautiful in my kitchen without taking up TONS of room. It works perfectly for the two adults and one teenager in our household. The water reservoir gives you approximately 3, 12oz cups of coffee before needing to be refilled. Refilling is simple and easy. You can also choose an 8oz or 10oz cup, which would give you more cups between refills obviously. Love this product. Definitely recommend.

Estoy enamorada de esta cafetera, muy funcional y práctica; en mi vida que es ajetreada, es el complemento perfecto para tener café facilísimo y muy rapido. Lo único que no me gusta es que se tiene que llenar constantemente, pero fuera de eso, es un producto que realmente vale la pena tener

This product is advertised on an Australian site in Australian dollars but I can’t connect it to 240 power even though I’ve tried two different adapters. I will try to ring keurigs number tomorrow to see if I can get any satisfaction.

I should have read the reviews before I bought the Keurig coffee maker. The plug is for the USA and not UK. I am just hoping that I do not have to pay to return the product. I returned the item 9 days ago and no sign of my refund. I will be insisting on a refund to return the item as it cost me £35 to return with Parcel Force, that was the cheapest option.
