I squeezed the tube and rubbed a good amount on. My skin was on fireI had to get into the shower to get it off.I recommend to use a very tiny amount and rub on. I used moisturizer on top. You feel the heat for hours.Only have used it twice. I will see if I get actual results.

There is something shady about this cream. First of all it imitates Polish company Eveline. That's why you have some parts of this cream package with Polish language but fatally misspelled. Half is in Polish and the other half in English - it's like they were making it in a hurry. I actually bought it by mistake because I thought I was buying Eveline. Look at the photo I shared. On the left is original Eveline and on the right is this one. That's how similar it looks like but it's actually Chinese firm Pretty Cowry that is making it.Second - it burns like hell in a bad way. You can really hurt yourself using this product because for sure whatever they used in there is not natural. I got allergic reaction as some other people there and will be returning it. Remember- company that imitates other and prints their product with misspelled words cannot be trusted that they are using natural ingredients in their products. Stay away from this thing!

It does exactly what it supposed to do. I put it on before I go to work. The more I move the more it gets hot 🥵. It last for at least two hours.

Seems to work well, but I have an elergic reaction I got very dizzy and light headed after it heats up. It stays hot for quite a while and gets a bit red. I was using it with my waist trainer.. probably will need to discontinue use and find something else. If you are on certain meds or prone to anxiety consider this before purchasing. And stay hydrated

This i had to discontinue use of becausw i thought i was literally applying hell itself in cream form to my skin. buyer beware its unlike any others out there.
