I first wrote a shining review of the first one. After a few he's use, it broke down and would not work.Returned for a refund and purchased another. Why? I had found a supplier in China and purchased two further batteries.The second arrived. This time, it did not last as long as the first. Maybe 1.5hrs. Same problem. The motor or wiring is just not man enough.Please, don't waste your time or money. You will be sending yours back too.A real shame, it had such potential.

Sharp, well balanced, light...Good battery life. Had other small chainsaws and this is way better. Only 4 stars coz it arrived a bit dirty like it had been rolled round on the floor. Hard case would be nice too but hey ho.

I've struggled to cut the top of some ~9ft shrubs and was using a corded hedge trimmer and a saw for the medium branches, but the tools were heavy and always worried I'd cut through the power cord. This is a much lighter alternative, and seems powerful.Plastic is reassuringly thick and sturdy. I like the white - stands out from the usual forest green colour, although it is likely to show up dirt easily. Comes with replacement chain, batteries have handy 1 button battery level check on them (both batteries arrived 3/4 charged).

The media could not be loaded.  After ordering I saw the other reviews and panicked so went and properly researched the item. Others say there is no chain tightening mechanism which isn’t true as the tightening screw is on the front next to the bar. The saw came in a nice cardboard box so wont be used for storage long term. The spare chain came in a cute little bag which keeps it dry. There isnt a file to sharpen this chain so be ready to research to get the right chain.I havent yet tested on wood but after tightening the chain a tiny but as was loose (only a little) I have oiled (manually) the chain and given it a test. Runs smoothly and I highly recommend decent ear defenders as it is loud and coming from someone who uses petrol saws normally I was surprised by the volume. Will be testing this properly tomorrow so will be updating soon.Update. After testing today have had to retighten the chain drastically and had to take off the side casing as got severely clogged up. It didnt like trying out a dead stump. I trued it on a flowering currant and requires the branches if under 1cm diameter to be under tension to be cut but did well with branches upto 3cm and then cut conifer branches. As you can see from the photos ut cuts well but towards the end it tears instead of cutting neatly. Think the chain is not 100% sharp when arrived. Definitely keep your hand back as it bounces around a tad. Also the cover easily touches the chain and as you can see after cutting a handful of branches got cut by the chain just by the cover landing back down after cutting.Second day of use and I now see the problems people have with this saw. I used it to cut 4 1inch branches on a cherry tree and then went to grab the saw to continue and it refused to start. Cleared the inside and tried again and it started and within seconds it refused to work again. This was then on and off for several hours till I gave up with it. Do not buy as clearly this machine has some sort of internal fault as others had said the same. Its not the chain as it refused to even try (felt like the buttons where locked) when the chain was off just to see if I could work the the problem.Will be contacting the seller for a refund

I loved this little saw and did the job for a while but has suddenly died on me. I have only used it a hand full of times too…. Cannot find where to email maker for replacement/warranty details so be aware of this if buying!

Bought to remove a number of smaller tree branches of about 4 to 5 inch diameters. It worked straight from the box, batteries charged and ready to go. Took the branches of easily, amazing! It's easy to use and lightweight so using up a ladder is no problem. Has trigger lock too which I think is a great feature.

Comes neatly packaged and just charge the batteries (2) and ready to go! This is not some feeble shrub trimmer - once I got used to it I could cut easily through ~20cm/8 inch tree branches. Very good performance and having 2 batteries is great. Need to keep an eye on the chain tension - this is easily tightened (plus it comes with a spare chain). No hesitation but to give 5 stars.

A good product for small branches, although seems noisier than a larger chainsaw. Easy to use and with two batteries is ideal from small cuts of up to 2” - 3” in diameter, anything larger it struggles. Comes ready to use without needing assembly.

Very light, relatively quiet and works great. This is the type of thing that you should have on your ATV or snowmobile going through forest trails. You never know when you are going to come across a fallen tree on your trail. Handy and it cuts very well!

I purchased this for my Mom who worked in the yard a lot. The mini chainsaw is very powerful and can cut through anything, easy to operate and light weight, come with two batteries so you can charged one while use it. My mom love the chainsaw a lot.

Regalato a mio padre 76 anni per il compleanno. Contentissimo. Facile impugnatura. Non pesante. Le istruzioni erano in inglese. Ho contattato il venditore....e in un secondo me le ha inviate in italiano. Lo consiglio
