I bought this light set on at least four occasions now - it has a motion detector switch as well as On/Off. When motion sensor switch is used it lights up for about 30 seconds (I've never timed it), it's rechargeable and lasts about 3-4 weeks with use on the auto setting. It's small, easy to fix. Where have I used it?a) halls as gran got up and wandered - easier and more flexible than a mains power motion detector light)b) Extra light in the loo. Place on the underside of a toilet cistern (3 to be precise) - bright, looks modern, guests love it!c) Bed side? Yes! why fumble for your light switch or mains bedside light. Wave a hand and light comes on/goes off - sufficient and not to bright to either dazzle you or to disturb your bed partner.d) Take them on holiday place in your unfamiliar room/corridor for the loo trip in the nighte) Bathroom? - just bright enough for business without burning your eyeballs and fully waking you up, I place near the skirting.f) Back/Front door? - saving energy I switched off my motion detector mains lighting (who can afford to run that now?) - attached to door lintel/door frame to help locate the key-hole when entering your home.g) Pocket Torch? - keep an eye on the dog when he's about his business - more useful than a pocket torchh) Car Maintenace? - not to bright - changing fuse? and you can use the magnetic strip to attach to a bonnet - enough to get the job done without dazzling you.i) Light up your book-case? Yes ,why use mains power? - why use disposable batteries with a LED strip with only an On/Off switch? - If you forget and leave them on - you have to buy new cells!!This is an energy saver! it's small and looks neat, saves cost where in the old days you had cables and hassle.I guess you know I like these little guys!

Easy to position and use. Give great light in a dark are. Motion sensor not always effective, hence 4 stars not 5.

Have bought before and they’ve been very reliable..wanted some extras..using in various rooms, stairs, under-stairs cupboard etc.. saves on electricity when main lights not needed as I move around the house..work well on auto..good amount of light.. stay on around 8-10 seconds.. Each charge lasts about 4-6 weeks.

I originally wrote a review stating my disappointment because my product was faulty, a month after my review went live the company contacted me and apologised for the product and asked if they could send me a refund and replacement.As amazon had already arranged the refund I agreed to the replacement and agreed to retry the lights.I've finally gotten round to sorting the lights and am pleased to write these ones work and are great!Thank you to the supplier for giving me the opportunity to try again.The lights are very lightweight, they have 3 modes of on, off and auto. I have placed these in the wardrobes as we get up when it's still dark for work and don't want to wake the other when grabbing forgotten clothes. They come on automatically on the sensor and stay lit for a good reasonable time. The light is not intrusive, a soft glow but definitely sufficient.These were super easy to put up which is always a bonus and came with a spare magnet strip and double tape.You just decide whether you want to hang the light off a screw or stick it on the surface.I stuck mine as shown and the best bit is it's easy to take the light off the magnet strip and hold it to use.Full instructions, easy to read, are included along with charge cables to recharge the rechargeable lights.Fab little packet.I'm really happy now I have great working lights and the process was extremely simple, customer service deserves extra stars 🌟 🤩I definitely recommend these and am now considering buying more to place by the kids bedsides at night!

Super pleased with these lights. I bought them for my teenager's wardrobe as the lighting in his room isn't that great. He was struggling to see inside the wardrobe to get his clothes. These lights have made a massive difference and are really helpful. I like that they don't stay on for ages after the motion, which saves the charge, and if they go off before he's ready, he just waves to put them back on. The motion detection is great and they come on as soon as he opens the doors. Easy to remove from the magnet to charge and they do charge up quickly. Great item.

Brilliant work really well & like the setting as can have on/auto/ off modes. Nice light that lasts, easy to carry in a pocket for emergencies etc etc. Plus seperate self adhesive magnetic backs that can be attached to walls, under cupboards & fridges etc. I have several different types round my house, & now can walk round without turning lights on & off when on auto. Very pleased would recommend & repurchase if need more.
