size down- but it is pretty cool. if it is going to be a very humid day, you might notice them a bit more. But if you wear it in a shirt that has like a shelf bra, you won't notice it at all. i like that you just wash with soap and water. i HATE strapless bras but this is much better. But don't expect it to last all day if you are outside sweating (i live in Arkansas)
