Q: does it absorb quickly ?

It absorbs very quickly. Not only that but it is very soothing and healing to the skin. It creates a waterproof barrier that will lasts through many handwashings. I hate greasy and sticky feeling products so this is my go to choice for hand cream because it goes on so smooth and leaves your skin feeling so soft without being greasy or sticky. I've never found another product like it and I would highly recommend it.

Q: Is it the original formula?

I originally ordered this hand cream from directly Avon. As far as I can tell the hand cream via Amazon is the same formula.
