Good packaging and seems like a clean and good quality product, though it's new to me so I have no basis to compare.I soak it in the refrigerator overnight, about 1 part seeds to 1 part water, then use a couple of teaspoons brewed with a mug of hot water for 10 minutes and drink before breakfast. The softened seeds are a bit like barley, the tea is mildly bitter but pleasant.No ill effects, such as digestive upset, have occurred.
