I'd be lost without this. I take 2 now if I feel I really need deep sleep, especially the night before a hectic day. I wake up with zero grogginess, feeling incredibly rested. I take it about an hour before I need to doze.

Really really good melatonin
I use it every single night of my life now that I have found it. It does help me to relax and go to sleep and I like that it is dissolvable. One thing I would request you would change the flavor. I prefer a cherry flavor as opposed to a mint flavor which is what this product is but that’s just my preference it still works great. Thank you very much

I used the low Micrograms of this product, please bring back, this one doesn’t work it actually kept me awake even when I cut in half, not the same, seems so many products have changed since C19!
