Does the job, tasteless and ok to swallow. If you just need a multi these are great. Good value and good effects. I’ll most likely stick to these moving forwards

Great price for 180 tablets. I've been taking the tablets for approx 1 month with no problems and feeling well. There's a slight taste with the coating but nothing major to worry about.

Easy enough to swallow, no nasty smell. Don’t know if they are helping in anyway but no ill effects either.

I can be a bit hit or miss with vitamins and supplements so I decided to give these a try with winter coming up. With the darker months I wanted to make sure I got what I needed as it's harder to get everything naturally through diet alone. What really impressed me about these is how gentle they are on the stomach. I've had some pretty unpleasant experiences with other brands in the past, especially with a slightly nauseous feeling that would hit about half an hour after taking them. It's honestly put me off taking vitamins regularly because I'd dread that uncomfortable aftermath. These are completely different though. They go down easily I don't get any of those nasty side effects. I've been taking them for about a week now, and I'm already noticing a difference in how I feel. There's a definite improvement in my energy levels, and I just feel more a bit more peppy Of course, I'm also trying to keep a decent diet whilst taking them, but it's good to know I'm getting that extra vitamins and minerals that are harder to get enough of through food alone. The tablets themselves are a reasonable size and don't stick in your throat, which has been an issue with some of the horse pill sized vitamins I've tried before. For the price point, they're good value, especially considering how many different vitamins and minerals are in them.

The actual product seems decent enough, but be aware that some time in the past few months the product has changed and certain ingredients removed. It’s also gone from a 2-per-day to a 1-per-day dosage meaning it will last twice as long. (180 tablets) I had this on a subscription and didn’t realise it had changed until the latest bottle arrived. I’ve also changed my subscription from three to six monthly. The system is not set up to alert users to a product modification it seems.
