Superior Particulate Retention for Professional Extraction
Achieving the 'perfect steep' in cold brew production requires a delicate balance of time, temperature, and filtration. Our specific methodology involves a multi-day immersion followed by a precise separation phase. These filters are instrumental in this final stage, efficiently isolating the grounds to yield a clean, sediment-free concentrate. The design of the bags facilitates maximum surface area contact between the water and the grounds, which is vital for developing the flavor profile our customers expect. The drawstring feature is a subtle but significant ergonomic addition, ensuring the contents remain securely enclosed during the decanting process. These bags are a testament to the idea that simple tools, when executed well, are indispensable to the craft. Highly recommended for serious brewers.

Really simplified my cold brew. Also good for homemade broth!
I've used a dozen of these so far - they actually trap about 90% of the sediments I usually need to filter out. This means that my filter step goes faster. I dump in both jars of grounds, let it drain, then soak it is a bowl of cold water to pull every bit of coffee out of the grounds. Really streamlined my cold-brew process. They also work for straining out bits and pieces from my fresh vegetable broth!

Best bang for your buck!
Definitely worth the price works great for cold brew coffee or loose tea leaves. Also works well for bath for mess free oatmeal baths for my kids! multiple purposes! Would buy again! Bags are sturdy just need to fully pull strings fold over and tie around the neck. Double knot!

Very High Quality, Durable and a Great Value
At first I was skeptical, but after using them I found them to be very high quality. The mesh material never tears after steeping the coffee for up to 36 hours. You can squeeze every last bit of cold brew out of the bag with no worries of it breaking. The ones I used before filled the inside of the Toddy Cold Brewer, these do not. Yet these are superior at a fraction of the price. These are my new go to cold brewer filter bags!

Worth it.
Perfect size for the OXO cold brew coffee maker. I let it sit 48h to account for the grinds in a packed bag vs free floating. Not having the cleanup or clogged filter is worth it.

The easiest way to make cold brew. No mess!
I don't understand why people buy "cold brew coffee makers." It is literally just adding water to coffee grounds. With those machines, you still have to deal with getting the used coffee grounds out of the metal filter, then cleaning it. Often, they don't make a very big amount, either. These are so perfect. No mess at all. They are huge. I could make 3 gallons (at least) at one time with the bags I bought the 8x12 size, but I usually make 1 gallon at a time. Recipe: 12 ounces of coffee (which is convenient because it is often sold in packs of 12 ounces). Put it in the bag and tie it. Put 1 gallon (4 quarts) water in a container with an opening big enough to put the filled bag in easily (you'll have to take it out after it is soaking wet). Either leave it on the counter for 12 hours, or put it in the fridge for about 15 hours. (Adjust if it is not strong enough for you.) When time is up, remove the bag, gently squeeze, but not too hard, or too much sediment will come out. Pour into bottles with tight-fitting lids for storage. It will last in the fridge for 2 weeks. Tip: leave the string hanging out of the container while it is brewing. You don't want the top of the bag to be submerged, or some of the coffee grounds will escape. You can't get it to fully close just by tying the strings. I usually wrap the string around the top of the bag to try to make it more closed up.
