Newton Running Fate 7

If you've never jogged in newtons and you abhor the heal strike, what are you waiting for? Newtons are made for those of that run on the balls of the foot. This area is reinforced and cushioned to provide a superior experience. If you got into the minimalist (five-finger) jogging craze, you will love these shoes.

I have high arches and lots of frequent and severe ankle and toe pain. Since switching to these shoes my issues have improved significantly, if not disappeared! The sole design is a little bit of an adjustment at first, but the design supports correct biomechanics, which has been at the root of my issues. Construction is solid and they are durable. I’d like to see more options in more muted color schemes - not everyone wants their workout gear to scream out in neons!

In my 40+ years of running Newton Fate's are my favorites . I first tried them 4 years ago and absolutely love them and so do my feet! And the Fate seem to get better with each edition. The Fate 7 are pretty awesome. However these shoes are not for heel-strike runners, and I do prefer different shoes for when I am running more than 12 miles (Hoka). If you are a mid-foot strike runner try these, you'll never go back!

Colors are amazing

I had a pair of Newton Fate 6s that I’ve ran in for several months so decided to try to 7s. No disappointment here! Excellent running shoes and would highly recommend these!

Order a half size up in these. The toe box is narrow. They’re not like Altras. Plus you’ll be up on the balls if your feet more and your toes need room to splay.

I previously had newton fate so ordered these sz 7.5–they were 1 inch longer than previous fates. I learned if logo is black they are for men. White logo for women!

Due to the unavailability of my go-to Newton - Gravity, I elected to try these. I did not have a good time. It’s been a month now and they are still super stiff and make my toes numb after running for about 1.5 miles.
