Very comfortable especially good for those who are worried about mats being too thin. Colour as advertised and carrying strap good. Bag rather cheap looking. Only criticism is that my hands and feet slide slightly on the mat which could be a problem.

Decent enough. Looks good, but it has a very pore grip. My hands are sliding while doing yoga and there’s not much that can be done about it. Trying to dl a downward dog on it is a real nightmare (strengthens your core tho, since you’re constantly tense, trying not to fall flat on your face)

Nice thick material good support.. However I thought the material would be more like a gym based mat not foam but a good all round yoga mat.

The mat does its job but I do find that I slip on it, it does not absorb sweat that well.It is also a little bit hard on the knees, the cushioning is not as good as other mats I have tried.

There's better ones out there for what I paid.
