Wrong voltage (120V) and not mentioned in the description, I need my money back
I purchased the item, and it shipped locally from a local UAE store, not a US store, however, this product is a US product and can only work with 120V, not our 240V.I wonder how this product is being sold in UAE? I only noticed the 120V after opening it.

Wrong voltage
The product has an American plug, and cannot be used in Europe/Middle East as it is 120v only. It is not just a simple adaptor that is required, but a full step down transformer. Should not be sold in areas that have 220v

Didn’t work at all
Despite using a voltage adaptor to use on the US plug, the glue gun didn’t work.. waste of money

Holy hot!
Best glue gun ever (and I own a couple fancier ones). Heats up quickly, two temps to choose from, stays standing up sturdy. Cord is amply long (I like it overall way better than my cordless).Warning: other guns' glue gets hot and may give you an "ouch" if it gets on a finger. This one's glue provokes obscenities.
