Perfect for young journal keepers
Great journal for children, my 11yo daughter loved this as a birthday gift. Really good quality, nice design and great ways to engage the user throughout the book. Good value for money.

Great for emotional kids
My emotional 8 year old has been enjoying using this to focus on what she’s thankful for, as well as learning about how to put mindfulness into practice. It’s been interesting to monitor which emotions she circles and adds each day, as she’s very in tune with her feelings. A great mix of informative and interesting, plus a simple diary style.

Expensive.... But
Let’s address the elephant in the room first: yes, it’s expensive for what is essentially a small book. HOWEVER… it is not just a notebook full of blank pages destined to be ignored, doodled in once, then abandoned under a bed forever. This one actually does something. Six minutes a day feels achievable (even on school mornings when everyone’s late and someone’s lost a shoe), and somehow it gets kids thinking, reflecting, and—brace yourself—opening up. Witchcraft? Possibly. My child will happily fill this in but would look at a blank diary like I’d just handed them homework. The prompts do the heavy lifting, there’s no pressure to “write loads,” and it quietly sneaks in gratitude, confidence, and calm without anyone realising they’re being emotionally nurtured. Is it cheap? No. Is it better than paying for a fancy notebook that stays blank? Absolutely yes.

Really great little journal. We’ve loved doing this every night with our 5 year old focusing on how to be grateful and present everyday.

Such a nice and fun diary, English version. Bought it for my nearly 7 year old to practice writing, gratitude and winding down emotions. He writes simple words, uses stickers and draws to highlight his days. Since it is not labeled with calendar days, it is perfect as he is not using it each day yet! There are also stories and some fun facts mainly about emotional intelligence. I just could wish for something like this translated in Latvian, so he could read by himself. I plan to translate and label something for myself there, otherwise I translate as we read to understand the stories included. Highly recommend!

I've ordered two of these, on for each of my kids and they both love them. The pages are thoughtfully written and provoking for children to look within and express. My daughter's love writing in these and I will keep these in mind for other kids I know because I think this would make a wonderful gift.
