GREAT CHAIR
This is the 3rd one I have purchased for the office. We love these chairs they are comfortable and very sturdy. They are no more complicated to assemble than any other chairs I have purchased. I will buy again, if they are still available, when I need to purchase more office chairs.

Best for tall people
The chair looks good, was not difficult to put together and seems sturdy. The seat itself is comfortable, but does not go low enough to put both feet flat on the floor. I am 5'6". This chair is better suited to a person 5'9" or taller.

Super comfy!!
I really like this chair. I'm a fairly large person (5.5' & 240lbs) and always worry about how comfortable chairs will be to sit in for long periods of time since I'm a digital artist. A lot of the "standard" ones are too narrow and dig into my outer thighs. This chair has flip-up arms, but the seat is also pretty wide so I can sit comfortably with or without the arms down with room to spare. The padding on the seat and back is also very comfortable and plush. It's really nice quality! I didn't see the instructions at first but was still able to put it together just as easily without them.Overall, I really like this chair! I can't attest to how it holds up over time yet, but I'm very happy to have it so far!UPDATE: Still going strong 6 months later! I haven't had any issues and it's still just as comfortable. This chair is definitely worth the investment.

So comfy!
I absolutely love the this chair! It is a very sturdy chair and it is stylish. I’m 5’4 and I have no trouble getting on it as some reviewers were saying it is too tall. I also love how plus it is as well.

Not comfortable
I was really hopeful this chair would be comfortable as it looks super cozy. I work at home and after a week or so of using this chair, I have had an enormous amount of pain on my tailbone and butt. There’s just too much discomfort to keep the chair. Sad that it did not work out as I hoped, as it is esthetically pleasing.

Nicely padded and very comfortable.
I like this chair. I've gotten boney with cancer so I wanted something well padded. It sits a little high off of the floor in it the lowest setting, but the padding is wearing in so maybe confluence will be found.

Feels like I'm sliding off
To be fair I installed different gel wheels. It elevated the chair slightly. On my old chair these wheel were fine but on this chair, it's way too tall. I'm 5'7" and sitting on this chair with gel wheels has my feet barely touching the floor. I'm basically Tippy towing, even when adjusted to the lowest setting. Because of this I'm rolling around but if it were lower with both my foot planted on the floor it might be better. My thighs are so close to the bottom of my table. However I prefer my smooth gel wheels and I'm too lazy to return this big chair. Hopefully the cushions will sink in the more I sit on it.1-week update: I'm still sliding off, especially when I'm wearing silky gym shorts. The front cushions are lower than the back cushions, like a cushy ramp. Will probably need to buy high friction chair cover to keep me from slipping off.

Comfortable, solid (except for maybe the backrest)
This chair is solid, however it should be noted that the back is only anchored to the seat with 4 screws located at the very bottom of the back. I have my doubts as to how long the back will last. I will update this review over the next few months.

Cheap plastic brackets broke after a few months of use
Comfortable chair but is it so hard to make something that will last a while? The plastic brackets that connects the back to the seat broke in half after only a few months…I crafted new brackets out of wood to replace the broken plastic ones. They are still holding on but now 7 months after purchasing the seat is wobbling side to side and back and forth. It seems like the welds failed on the section where the gas strut connects to the tilt mechanism. I really liked the chair at first but now it is garbage.
