Metatarsal Pads 12 Pack Ball of Foot Cushions for Women & Men Gel Soft Foot Pad to Relieve Pain

Okay, I purchased these because almost 30 years ago, I was hit by a car while walking in the crosswalk, and my left leg and neck were broken.. I have since spent my life walking on a left leg that’s one inch shorter than the right. I wasn’t made aware of this until 2018.. I since have rigged a one inch platform for my left leg and came to the sudden and unexpected conclusion that there’s been a TREMENDOUS amount of calcification in my left foot to compensate for the size discrepancy. The only way to fix this has been to pop and crack apart said calcification.This. Process. Has. Been. Excruciating.The pain is above and beyond my worst nightmares. But the only way through this is to push through it. I stumbled upon these pads while researching how to improve my progress, and decided after reading about these to give them a try. And to think, I thought I already knew what pain is..The process is beyond what I thought I could handle, but I keep pushing myself forward.. because of these pads and my endurance, I have been able to crack apart the ossification and get my metatarsals to actually bend where the joints actually are supposed to bend. My toes are, through tremendous force of will and the efficacy of these pads, straightening out.. I am breaking apart the bunion that was formed, and I have significantly decreased the pain in my back and hips.. I am doing this with some minimal supervision from my doctor, but he knows that I am fully in tune with my body, and that I am tough as nails..I recommend this product HIGHLY, but know that if you embark on this path of rehabilitation and reconstruction, you WILL KNOW A PAIN UNLIKE ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE.. but, eventually, you’ll begin to see and feel improvement. You’ll understand how important structural alignment is once you start to attain it. These are NOT for the weak.. make sure you have a solid support system and brace your friends/family for a few months/years of grumpiness, but remember that it’s temporary..these pads are one of the best purchases of my entire life..

Poorly made. Does not fit comfortably because there are 3 holes to loop on you toes. I have 5 toes and this product really only needs one loop to fit over a toe and hold in place for the ball of the foot. These are metatarsal pads that are suppose to cushion the bottom of the foot and the hammer toe(s)

I bought these to put in my running shoes because I was having pain right behind my toes when I run long distances. I put in my shoes tonight and at first I thought I found some relief but as I got into my 6 mile run they were pretty much flat so cushion at all left by the time I was done. I think they would be fine for everyday walking around but definitely not for running. They need more cushion on pad of foot and material that doesn't break down especially just after one run.

Arrived on time and easy pick up at a Amazon locker. They helped with my Morten's Neuroma and were very comfortable. However they do tear very easily.

This product works great if it feels like you need a little more cushion under the ball of your foot. The silicone is very thin and I had my doubts, but it is surprisingly a lot more comfortable than the thicker pads. The only drawback is that the area between the toes that holds it into place tears easily since the silicone is thin. I wear one daily and have to replace it with a new one about every 2 weeks. The product isn't very expensive, so it's not an issue to buy more.
