Worked really well for me and helped me relax before bed. The melatonin pills actually did help me fall asleep too, but everyone reacts differently so don’t expect the exact same results. Just be realistic. It is not some miracle pill that is going to instantly knock you out. It can definitely help, but your sleep habits still matter.

This product did not work. I had vivid nightmares. I felt queasy and nauseous right before falling asleep. I do not recommend it all.

I have some problems with sleep especially difficult falling asleep. Thieve pills made the opposite effect for me - I became anxious and couldn’t sleep till morning. I tried them several times during several month and never helped me

Serving is 3 Capsules which is too many to take at the same time

I have been buying this brand a sleep aid for approximately a year. I cannot go without it.!! I take this and I find myself soon and slumber land in approximately 30 minutes. Highly recommend it.

Amazon is not giving me refund, I am not going to still taking this supplement anymore and i am not going to buy anything for this brand either.. the provider does not care about this. This suplement is horrible, After I took 1 pill it gave me a headache... it helps you to sleep but the worst part is when you wake up because you are still with headache and the rest of your day you are dizzy or feeling tired.. I tried for 3 days and it was enough I thought was only me but I gave one pill to my husband and He said he was feeling sick all day, I dont know what's going on but it's horrible, don't buy it !!

I've struggled with insomnia and the prescription choices out there for decades. The only reason I give this a 4 instead of 5 is the need to take so early. It usually takes longer than an hour. The drinking the water has also had me up at night. That said, it's very gentle. Overall, I feel my sleep has improved, and I do not wake groggy. I'm on my second purchase. Not using prescriptions anymore at all and drinking less caffeine in the day.

Just got delivered today so night 1 here we go! I can’t sleep like hardly ever do! I have AdHd bad and I can’t shut off, I usually take Unisom 25mg the doxylamine one I can not do the Benadryl version or my RLS goes nuts! So I was up to 6 unisom plus THC/Cbd-CbdN gummy’s just to fall asleep but I eat everything on site lol to I was down to just Unisom but that had since stopped working so I figured I would give these a go. Wish me luck 🍀
