Two bolt seatposts are the only type I will use anymore, the one-bolt posts are destined to fail at some point - too much load on too shallow aluminum ribs. The two-posts allow for very fine adjustment of saddle tilt, easier set-up, and very long service life (haven’t worn one out yet). This particular post is well made, accurately sized and good-looking.

Seat post works great, easy to install

It's a seat post, it fits the size it says it does. It holds my weight (~300-330).

Saved a bit of money on the Used option, and as such, only one washer was missing. But it's ok, doesn't impact installation, but method for attaching seat is very archaic, but works well enough once you figure out how everything goes together. You have to install the seat while the post is upright, a bit of a balancing act, but overall, matched the bike great, and does the job that it's meant to do with a good amount of adjustment available...

Fits well, very adjustable for riders with long legs.In my case, firat I added grease to the seat tube on my steel frame bike. This will keep the aluminum post from corrosion and freezing into the emseat tube.Second, after inserting the post, I added my seat and made adjustments to properly level it for me. Easy to use the two seat adjusting bolts to move it into the right position.Third, doing a test ride, I made sure the height was adjusted properly for me, near the 10 marker line.
