My cat has gotten a liiiitttttle chunky lately and it was hard for him to groom his back by himself, so with him unable to groom himself on his back he was getting A LOT of dandruff that would just flake off wherever he would go. I bought this brush in hopes that it would help reduce some of the under layers of his fur that usually comes off with grooming, and stimulate his skin a little bit to promote healthy blood flow. After a week of using this brush on him his coat improved tremendously and the dandruff was reduced by 3/4! Plus my cat LOVES getting brushed with this grooming tool!

Our cat, Olive, has fallen in love with this brush! I know to use it gently on her. When I hold the brush close to her facial whiskers, she brushes herself against it - gently - she IS a girl, after all. She has 3 different kinds of brushes: my husband's hairbrush, a "just-for-cats" soft brush, and this new one. She will find the one she wants me to use on her and will sit and stare at it. If I'm not paying enough attention to her brush fixation, she gives a tiny "meow." Yes, she is a girly girl who loves having choices.

The brush itself is very nice, and the hair remover works great, but it was not a good fit for my cat. My cat has medium length hair that is very silky, and when I'd brush him with it, it didn't really remove any hair. I think that the tines are too far apart for it to be effective for my cat. I do think it would be great for a dog, however, and I gave it to a neighbor who has a King Charles Spaniel, and I expect that it will work well for him. I wound up purchasing a slicker type cat brush that also had the hair removal feature and it works much better for my cat. I gave it 4 stars because it was nicely made, but just didn't work for the type of hair my cat has. It may work wonderfully for someone else.

I’d give this more stars but only 5 are available!!According to my cats, this is great! They stay around until they each has to opportunity to be brushed. I have had to separate them occasionally.I like the way this brush is assembled. Shorter bristles and the great way to remove the fur! This is a wonderful. No more scratches from the long wires trying to remove the fur. The removable of fur is so easy by just pushing down on the button all the way and the fur is all there easily removed with a swipe on the flat top with no hassle! Prepare for a lot more fur especially for the seasonal changes. Lots of fur removed!One cat doesn’t like to be brushed before this brush. Now he is begging for me to use it.You may have to brush more thoroughly to get excessive fur but your cat will love it! This really takes care of the fur!

I love this and my cats love it! It works very well to get into the hair and it has a big enough handle that it’s easy to use. The button to push the hair out actually works really well! I would definitely recommend this and buy it again!

I love this brush! One of my cats is getting older and bathing less and the other deals with skin sensitivities this time of year. It helps a lot with shedding, dandruff and allergens. Plus, the cats love it! They are happy while I brush them and they’re not scared of it at all. Feels well made and helps me maintain my short haired cats.

This brush works amazing and my cats love it! I love that there is an ejector feature for the hair which makes it super easy to remove!
