This is a great book for talking with children about their emotions. It’s a great quality book, s good read and good illustrations

Purchased for my stompy 5 year old son as thought it might help him to recognise his own “stompy-ness”. It worked. Read it once and he said “Mummy, it’s like me!!”Exactly what I hoped for and it generated a good conversation about the impact of him being moody.

Bought this for my three year old who had started stomping when irritated. A perfect way to describe feelings and anger to young children. Lovely illustrations too.

Good for children with anger issues helping them to understand how they can cope and that they are not alone

We have all the books of this collection and we were waiting for this book to come out.My son loved the first one of the collection ( the Worrysaurus) but not much the second one.Despite,he really loved this one for making him realise that when we are angry we do not need to shout.

Nice book to help a little one with anger. I had another book I didn't care for because it was saying it's ok to be angry just take a breath an stump your feet. I do not one my boy to stump foot when he is angry. This offers a deep breath, too but also to give a hug. It works better with our son. When he runs with a fist, we tell hug no hit. And then tell him to take a deep breath. When our son stumps his foot when he doesnt get his way, we ask him if he is being stompysaurus, which he doesnt want to, and he stops.The book is a good size, colorful pictures, nice rhyme. I would recommend. Looking into getting a worry book.

A beautiful story about emotions for your child and you too!Illustrations are delightful and it's a bok that can last your little one for long! A MUST BUY!

I don’t know what it is with this book, but my 1.5 year old brings it (demands it to be read) He then sits quietly on my lap with a smile on his face until the end. Can highly recommend as it teaches him about big emotions and emotional regulation.
