HanesMen's Double Tough Ankle Socks

@Hanes - Thank you so much for reducing waste and for making it easy to throw new socks straight into the washing machine, right out of the bag. Genius! I hated those old sock stickers and tags and plastic doohickeys. Give that team a RAISE.

I've been wearing these for a couple of years and they've been washed at least 100 times with no sign of wear. I wear size 9-1/2 shoe and the 6-12 shoe size is perfect. They fit maybe a little bit loose but I like that. I use these for everything accept dress socks. They go good with my walking shoes and shorts. I've put a lot of miles on them. They are great for in bed on a cold night, because they don't fit too snug. They are perfect as "slippers" around the house. I bought an extra pack and it may be a long time before I need to open it.

These ankle socks are practical and economical. I wear them nearly constantly, and this 12 pack makes everyday use a breeze. They wear well, and when and if worn out, not a big deal to toss and replace. I have purchased these a couple time and highly recommend.

A little heavy material for short socks, but should last and a very cheap deal.

I have sensitive feet, and it's surprisingly hard to find socks that don't feel tight or restrictive. These Hanes Double Tough ankle socks are one of the few that actually work for me.The thing I appreciate most is the fabric blend. With only 1 percent spandex, they stay up without squeezing. A lot of socks try too hard to hug your feet, but these strike a much better balance between support and comfort.They also seem durable and well-made, and they’ve held up well in the wash so far. For anyone looking for breathable, non-constricting socks that still feel sturdy, these are a solid choice.

These are the only socks I wear. I am a size 13 so most socks don't fit right. These fit great with some room to spare, I didn't feel like I stretching them on since they are small. Would purchase again and again

The sock feel great and at the price it’s wonderful

While the socks are good and fit well, look nice, they go on well, the quality is not as good as they once were. Compared to my older version of the same sock they are much thinner. So much so you can see my hand through the material and in the old one you can't! These were supposed to be padded and double tough! If that was the case, why am I seeing my hand through the material? It's like you left out the double in the tough...So, now Hanes charges more money and uses half the material while claiming the socks are still the same socks. Even putting them on a scale, the old worn sock was heavier. I won't embarrass Hanes more than this review by posting the pictures because then someone would take the pictures to cause legal issues. That's not what this is about. They still make a good, solid product! They simply need to tweak its production standard.
