Very stable
(Im not using it for fire cooking)cooking with midsize cast iron Dutch ovens on burners works well.

Sturdy but bag is different from picture
The grate itself is very sturdy and folds down nicely, exactly what I was looking for.I'm only a bit dissapointed that the carrier bag is not what was depicted in the product image at all. It's awkwardly larger than the product itself, a different color than the photo, is velcro instead of zippered, the handles aren't even (the back handle is higher than the front handle), and it just seems low quality in general.

Grate Works Great!
I camp alot, and carried the Coleman Campstove and 1 lb propane bottles. Cumbersome and took up too much space. I pared down to the top that screws onto the propane bottles. I wanted to simplify, so since I start up the campfire in the morning anyway, why not use that to cook? I tried cooking on the coals, but figured a grate would work better. This grate works great! When camping, I try to utilize the KISS principal. Keep It Simple Stupid. Too many pots for different things, taking up too much space, plus cleaning. I bought the 9" Wok on Amazon. Heat up soup, fry veggies, fry sausage, bacon or eggs. Fantastic! I've also put aluminum foil on the grate, bought a personal size frozen pizza, flipped the wok overtop the pizza on the grate and had a baked pizza! Endless possibilities here! I can't wait for Spring so I can get back out in the wilderness again!
